Acceptable documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of withdrawals and, where appropriate, account closure.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) vb77 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, date of birth, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any combination thereof — are considered duplicate accounts. vb77 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit balances held across them without further notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vb77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. vb77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

vb77 accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. vb77 will make reasonable efforts to contact dormant account holders before any administrative fee is applied. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All vb77 account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and MCB Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be published on the deposit page of the platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the vb77 deposit page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Deposits are credited to your vb77 account once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. vb77 is not responsible for delays caused by Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking systems outside vb77's control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The first withdrawal from any vb77 account requires the submission of identity documents as detailed in Section 2 of these Terms. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at vb77's discretion, particularly following changes to account details or payment methods.

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, vb77 may request an alternative verified method. Processing timelines are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash withdrawals: Typically processed within 1–3 business days following completion of any required verification.
• HBL / UBL / MCB Bank transfers: Typically processed within 3–5 business days following completion of any required verification.

vb77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or ongoing account investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vb77 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, prize pool entries, or other incentives to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion will have its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts — which will be communicated at the point of offer.

General bonus conditions applicable across all vb77 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Pakistan players aged 18 and above who hold a verified vb77 account in good standing.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Suspension & Termination

vb77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where vb77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• The account was registered using false information.
• The player has been self-excluded and is attempting to circumvent that exclusion.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account closure.

Players may voluntarily close their vb77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method subject to identity verification.

12. Complaints & Disputes
